Bicol Express by Solenn and Erwan Heussaff

Bicol Express is one of my favorite dishes and I was looking for a new variation of the  recipe online when I saw this video. Sexy Solenn Heussaff and her brother doing their own version. Hmm, why not a cooking video in our blog? I remember reading that Mexican novel (Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Esquivel)  where the plot was given texture by the recipes of the heroine. Why not let Solenn & her brother bring some unexpected depth to our blog? Their version of Bicol Express is actually yummy.
