So MNCTV Indonesia is showing another Pinoy teleserye, the 2013 Kathniel teleserye Got 2 Believe, given a new Bahasa title for the Indonesia run. The first Kathniel teleserye in Indonesia, Pangako Sa Yo/Janjiku, reached the Number 5 position in the Indonesian TV Ratings chart, but the other teleseryes imported into Indonesia didn't fare as well, with 3 of the latest 4 ABS-CBN teleserye imports, all big Philipine hits in the Kantar chart, having been pulled out almost immediately.
There's a little suspense here therefore- with the way MNCTV has been hacking Pinoy teleseryes after a few days, it's a bit curious how this one will fare out.

Nakapagtataka talaga
ReplyDeleteHmm, so parang lumilinaw ang nangyari: the backup is being screened via a Korean sponsored site. Abscbn has forged a cooperation deal with the Koreans? Is it a coincidence that all these "strange things", like popular teleseryes such as FM are being cut, are happening at the same time? Look at the general picture: Abscbn teleseryes are being shunned in many areas AT THE SAME TIME, from Latin America to Africa. The clueless believing he was taken seriously?
DeleteDealing innocently with a bantay salakay?
Uto-uto kasi
DeleteI guess they failed to realize the popularity of Pinoy stars abroad mainly had the big 3 loveteams as spearhead... Now they are slowly being cut down to size while they lulled the unsuspecting Abscbn through some cooperation deals. First, Jadine was first to be allegedly promoted but Jadine is now down. Lizquen filmed in Korea then soon blocked in Indonesia (selling in bulk 4 teleseryes then shown haphazardly but pulled out almost synchronously?). Kathniel was met with protests in Peru then humiliated out of town. Coincidence?
